Jeffrey Harris

Jeffrey Harris serves as managing partner of Rubin, Winston, Diercks, Harris & Cooke L.L.P. His practice, which is both national and local, includes civil and commercial litigation as well as criminal, antitrust, banking, commercial speech and general corporate matters. Mr. Harris represents clients in federal courts throughout the country as well as in courts in the Washington metropolitan area.
