Scott Lincicome

Scott Lincicome is a trade lawyer, an adjunct scholar with the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C., where he writes and speaks on U.S. trade policy and politics. He also is a Senior Visiting Lecturer at Duke University Law School, where he teaches a course on international trade law, and previously taught international trade policy at Duke.
